Sjöstrand makes a capsule machine the way a good hotelier would want it made: real espresso from stainless steel, built to be repaired rather than replaced, running on capsules that are biodegradable and a coffee that is Fairtrade. It is Scandinavian restraint applied to the Italian espresso tradition, an object rather than an appliance.

We carry Sjöstrand because in-room coffee is one of the first things a guest judges in the morning, and most hotels get it wrong with a sachet that cheapens the room or a machine that dominates the counter.
