Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all in-stock items within 3 working days from the receipt of your order. Items currently unavailable will be placed on backorder and dispatched promptly upon arrival. Should you require your items by a specific date or have an urgent request, please contact our team for assistance.

Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for any delays beyond our control.

​

If your order includes out-of-stock items, we will notify you to discuss your preference for partial shipment or waiting until the complete order is available.

​

Non-delivery must be reported to us in writing within 7 days to facilitate a claim with the carrier.

Any discrepancies, such as shortages or damages upon delivery, must be reported immediately and confirmed in writing within 3 days.

​

Please notify us of any potential delivery challenges at the time of placing your order. In the absence of such information, we will assume delivery can be made via a 17-tonne vehicle with level access for pallet delivery. For insurance purposes, deliveries are limited to the ground floor.

Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside England, Wales, and Southeastern Scotland.

​

We shall not be held responsible for any consequences of delayed delivery, loss, damage, or non-delivery that cannot be recovered from the carrier. Proof of Delivery provided by the courier will serve as confirmation of receipt.

​

If you request goods to be left in a designated safe place, you assume full responsibility, and this will be considered proof of delivery.

​

In cases where no one is available to accept the delivery, the shipment may be held at a local depot and reattempted the following day. Should the second delivery attempt fail, the goods will be returned to the depot and subsequently sent back to us. You agree to cover any associated costs incurred for the return and redelivery of the goods.

Mainland UK:

​

  • Orders under £350 (excluding VAT): £25 per order.

  • Orders over £350 (excluding VAT): Free delivery.

Highlands & Islands of Scotland (specific postcodes apply):

​

  • Orders under £350 (excluding VAT): £35.00 per order.

  • Orders £350 - £1000 (excluding VAT): £135.00 per order.

  • Orders over £1000 (excluding VAT): Free delivery.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, & Isles of Scilly (specific postcodes apply):

​

  • Orders under £350 (excluding VAT): £45.00 per order.

  • Orders £350 - £1000 (excluding VAT): £145.00 per order.

  • Orders over £1000 (excluding VAT): Free delivery.

For other areas, delivery charges are available upon request. Please note that VAT applies to all carriage and packing charges.

Returns Policy

​

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. You may return goods within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, saleable condition. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original unopened packaging.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@primexa.co.uk to begin the return process.

  2. You will be issued a returns code, valid for the 30-day return period.

  3. Ensure that goods are returned in their original condition. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided if this requirement is not met.

  4. Special order or non-stocked items may not be eligible for return. Please consult our team for clarification.

  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or account. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. Account customers will receive a credit note.

  6. Items remain your responsibility until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked service with transit insurance for your protection.

  7. Faulty items must be returned in their original state. Any modifications may void warranties and affect your eligibility for refunds or replacements.

  8. We cannot accept returns for personalized items.
