SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. SHIPPING
Primexa Limited supplies products to business customers within the hospitality sector. All delivery times provided are estimates and are confirmed once a purchase order has been received and accepted. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, order size, supplier origin, palletisation, and delivery location. Primexa Limited is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. DELIVERY CHARGES
The delivery charges below apply to standard, non-palletised orders delivered within the United Kingdom and are provided as general guidance only. All delivery costs are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

Mainland UK: Orders under £350 (excluding VAT): £35 per order. Orders over £350 (excluding VAT): Free delivery.

​

Highlands and Islands of Scotland (specific postcodes apply): Orders under £350 (excluding VAT): £45 per order. Orders between £350 and £1,000 (excluding VAT): £145 per order. Orders over £1,000 (excluding VAT): Free delivery.

​

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly (specific postcodes apply): Orders under £350 (excluding VAT): £55 per order. Orders between £350 and £1,000 (excluding VAT): £155 per order. Orders over £1,000 (excluding VAT): Free delivery.

Delivery pricing for palletised, bulky, bespoke, or mixed-supplier orders will be quoted separately. For other locations or non-standard deliveries, delivery charges are available upon request.

 

VAT applies to all carriage and packing charges. Final delivery costs will always be confirmed upon receipt and acceptance of a purchase order.

3. DELIVERY AND INSPECTION
All goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring deliveries are checked for damage, shortages, or discrepancies at the time of receipt. Any issues must be reported to Primexa Limited in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

4. RETURNS
Returns are accepted only with prior written authorisation from Primexa Limited. Bespoke, branded, made-to-order, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable. Approved returns must be in unused condition and original packaging. Primexa Limited reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
If goods are received damaged or incorrect, Primexa Limited must be notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence, such as photographs, may be required. Where a claim is accepted, Primexa Limited will arrange a replacement, credit, or other appropriate resolution at its discretion.

6. TERMS & CONDITIONS
This Shipping & Returns policy is provided for guidance only and must be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions of Primexa Limited. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.
