ii. The process
Five stages, each with a clear deliverable. Sampling is paid for separately
to production. You can step out at any point before sign-off.
i.
BRIEF
You provide product type, intended use, quantities, finishes, and precise measurements. If you have an existing item to reference, share it. The clearer the brief, the closer the first sample lands.
ii.
TECHNICAL DRAWING
A detailed drawing is produced with the manufacturing partner, capturing dimensions, materials, finishes, stitching, and any hardware. Reviewed and refined with you before sampling begins.
iii.
PHYSICAL SMAPLE
A physical sample is produced in line with the approved drawing and shipped for review. For more complex pieces, multiple iterations can be commissioned before approval.
iv.
REFINMENT & SIGN-OFF
Adjustments are made if required — finish, fit, hardware, embossing detail — and a final sample issued. Production only begins once you have signed the sample off.
v.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Mass production runs at the partner facility, with quality control checkpoints at the manufacturer. Sea freight from China is approximately four weeks; air freight on request for shorter timelines.

The same specialist facilities behind Bentley Europe's catalogue, available
for one-off projects.
The makers
All bespoke leatherette items are produced in China by specialist hospitality manufacturers, the same partners behind Bentley Europe's standard range. Quality control is run at the manufacturer, with sample sign-off in the UK before any production order is released.
Three-year guarantee
Each bespoke piece carries a three-year manufacturer guarantee, reflecting the same standards applied to the catalogue range. The full terms accompany every project quotation and apply from the date of delivery.
iv. Recently commissioned
