What Can Be Made Bespoke

For many projects, multiple sample iterations can be produced to ensure the final product meets expectations before mass production.

A Simple, Structured Bespoke Process

The bespoke process is clear, efficient, and transparent.

The client provides initial requirements including product type, intended use, quantities, finishes, and precise measurements. Based on this information, a detailed technical drawing is created with our manufacturing partner. The drawing is reviewed and refined as required before sampling begins.

A physical sample is then produced in line with the approved drawing. If necessary, further refinements can be made before final approval. Once approved, the project proceeds to mass production.

Timelines

Technical drawings and initial sample production typically take approximately four to five weeks.

Bespoke production lead time is approximately three to four months, with delivery from China taking around four weeks. Timelines may vary depending on complexity, quantities, and the number of refinement stages.

Manufacturing and Quality Assurance

All bespoke leatherette items are manufactured in China by specialist hospitality manufacturers. Each bespoke product is supplied with a three-year manufacturer guarantee, reflecting Bentley Europe’s quality standards and production control.

All projects are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, which are shared during the quotation and approval stage.
